Some of our events include parking in the ticket price so check before booking. Click on the button above to see all the relevant parking price options for your event. Booked parking is only valid in NEC operated car parks and not valid in Resorts World operated car parks at the NEC. Make sure to follow the signs when you arrive.

Getting here

We're clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 – just pop B40 1NT in your Sat Nav to the NEC Site. Once you arrive on site please ignore the Sat Nav and simply follow the digital screens for directions to the car parks.

Plenty of space

We have more than 16,500 well-maintained spaces. Our dedicated team looks after our car parks all year round, including surfacing, safety, lighting, signage and gritting.

Easy to reach

Thanks to our central location at the heart of the UK's motorway network, arriving by car is easy and convenient. In fact, 75% of the UK are within less than 3 hours of the venue. 

Closer to the action

Head out of our car parks and hop onto one of our free shuttle buses. Running throughout the day, our friendly drivers will take you to the venue entrances in no time. 

Early booking discounts

Plan ahead and reap the rewards with a saving of £5* if you pre-pay for parking before the day of your visit at NEC Pre Pay. With advance parking there's no need to queue at ticket machines!

The right direction

Our venue signage will guide you to the relevant car park, making it easy to park in the right place. Plus, during busy periods our friendly team help manage traffic flow so you can arrive and exit our site with ease.

From pre-pay parking in advance to express parking closer to the event hall, we have a wide range of parking selections to suit your needs. Simply click on the parking link above to see what options are available. 

Blue Badge Parking

You can pay online by booking Standard Parking through the link above. Book at least the day before your visit to save £5. When you arrive on site, follow the appropriate blue signage for your event. To make it easy for our traffic team to direct you to your parking area, and stop possible delays, please ensure your badge is visible to our team members. 

We do our best to provide parking close to the venue and fill the spaces on arrival, on a first come, first served basis. On occasion where demand is very high, we may need to overflow blue badge parking to outer car parks. In such cases shuttle buses are provided.

Spending the day or evening with us? Our pre-book NEC park and charge service offers 150 x 7 kw chargers, allowing you have peace of mind you’re fully charged before you leave. Make sure you download the bp pulse app to access the chargers. Please note a Type 2 cable is required. You can pay via the bp pulse app or by using your bp pulse RFID card. Just need a quick boost? Our charging hub boasts over 30 of the very best ultra-fast 300KW DC chargers. With a drive thru Starbucks located close by and our free Wi-Fi onsite, you can sit back and unwind whilst you wait.

We also have 22 slow charging EV charging points available on a first come first served basis in the following car parks when they are open. Note these chargers require Swarco E Connect App. Or guest charging payment via E Connect. More information can be found in the NEC Charge Points User Guide.

For NEC visitors attending one of our events, motorcycle parking is free across all of our external visitor car parks, excluding NEC Express parking.

We welcome coaches and minibuses to our venue and appropriate parking is available.

Wind, rain or shine? We've got you covered, quite literally...

Our free shuttlebus service operates from the car parks directly to our venue entrances, making it super quick, easy and convenient to reach your event. Simply locate the nearest bus stop to your car park and hop on the next bus to take you effortlessly to the NEC. All of our fleet are wheelchair accessible kneeling buses.

Fancy getting a few extra steps in or enjoying some fresh air instead? Not a problem. Our walking routes are another great way to get to the venue and are quick and easy, too. Simply follow the fingerpost signage along the route to the halls for a short stroll to your event.

Shuttlebus operating times

Our buses usually run from 1 hour before the show opens to 1 hour after the closing time.
