The 50+ Show is the UK's largest exhibition for the over 50s and it’s coming back to The NEC on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th February, promising a fabulous day out with a fantastic range of features. From 9.30am to 4.30pm each day, this will be an unmissable extravaganza that will showcase the best that life has to offer.
The 50+ Show boasts an interesting line up of exhibitors and features for active people who want to get the most out of life – whatever your age. Alongside expert advice and seminars on investments, health and travel, visitors can enjoy a range of activities and attractions from cookery theatre, to dance classes, with every encouragement to join in or discover something new.
The Main Stage and Dancefloor area is going to get you on the move with music and entertainment. For visitors passionate about exercise or dance, there will be daily keep fit and dance sessions. This is the perfect opportunity to get out there and have fun – and be ready to discover abilities and passions you didn’t know you had.
