NEC Venue Protect

The safety of our customers, visitors and staff is at the heart of our planning, so we have developed NEC Venue Protect.

NEC Venue Protect is an all-encompassing toolkit based on a four-step approach to the safety and protection of people at our venue. This toolkit has been produced in order to create a safe and controlled environment for events to take place at the NEC.

The four-step approach consists of:

  • Supporting testing and tracing
  • Social distancing measures
  • Enhanced venue sanitisation
  • Communication

Meanwhile the toolkit has been built for use by organisers, exhibitors, suppliers and visitors. Content includes:

  • Accreditation
  • Visitor information
