Christmas Party World is celebrating its ninth year of parties at the NEC, welcoming 42,000 guests over 23 days.
This year, the NEC was transformed into a truly immersive winter wonderland, taking guests on an enchanting journey through the shimmering mountains of Aspen - Colorado's bustling alpine party village.
The event uses the entirety of Hall 1 at the NEC with around 14,000sqm of flexible event space, expanding or decreasing in size to accommodate up to 4,200 guests each night.
This year's ASPEN Rocks! concept proved a hit for visitors, with its spectacular snowy alpine village, bustling double-storey ski lodge, log cabin bars and frosted pine trees, as well as professional cast of aerial performers and dancers.
Vivid Experience and NEC signed a 10-year renewal deal in 2019, re-contracting the event to its flagship venue until 2029.
Richard Longhill, Managing Director at VIVID Experience, said: "We’ve had an extremely successful nine years with the NEC thus far. Having originally been based in Hall 12, the popularity of our party nights meant we’ve been able to expand and move to an even larger space within the same venue. The ceiling height of Hall 1 has allowed us to push boundaries of creativity and design and maintain our position as the ultimate Christmas party destination. I’m excited to see what we can achieve in the future with the support of the NEC team.”
