A Place in the Sun Live, the official exhibition of the Channel 4 hit TV series makes a welcome return to the NEC Birmingham as a world of overseas properties come under one roof.
The stars of the hit TV show, Jasmine Harman, Jonnie Irwin and Laura Hamilton will be on hand to offer their unique insight and experience in finding the perfect overseas property for any potential house-hunters There will also be an amazing opportunity to ask them questions and even meet the experts face-to-face to grab a selfie!
A Place in the Sun Live Birmingham follows the success of the exhibition held in Manchester and London earlier this year with over 10,000 visitors searching for their very own piece of paradise.
The show will feature over 90 exhibitors from all over the world ready to showcase their collection of beautiful overseas homes for sale. Spain will be represented with agents from all over the mainland, the Canaries and Balearics with properties for sale from £50,000 upwards. Or if it’s France, Italy, Portugal, USA, Cyprus or elsewhere, our experts will be on hand to help.
The estate agents will be joined by service companies who help house-hunters achieve their dream with currency specialists, mortgage professionals, conveyancing lawyers, tax and financial advisers and other experts offering bespoke advice.
Throughout the three-day exhibition there will be an extensive program of seminars taking place across four stages including the ever-popular French Village. These Q&As, panel sessions and talks will be hosted by specialists on a range of subjects designed to help house hunters find everything they need to know about buying abroad in their favourite destination.
House hunters will have the opportunity to take a screen test to see if they have what it takes to appear in a future episode of A Place in the Sun.
