  • How easy are the venues to get to?

    With the NEC Campus, ICC and Vox, accessibility is built in.

    The NEC Campus & The Vox are located at the heart of the UK's motorway, rail and air networks, with its own train station, thousands of parking spaces and Birmingham Airport just minutes away. The ICC offers a city-centre Birmingham location, just minutes away from Birmingham New Street Station, with many transport links right on the doorstep.

  • What AV capabilities are included?

    Our venues are supported by experienced in-house production and technical teams, capable of delivering everything from presentations and panel discussions to product launches, live demonstrations and hybrid events. We work with organisers to tailor AV and production requirements to their event, helping create engaging experiences from start to finish.

  • Are there sustainable food & drink options within the catering packages?

    Sustainability is at the heart of our catering approach. We aim to source produce as locally as possible, with 80% of our food and beverage suppliers located within a 30-mile radius of our venues, helping to reduce food miles while maintaining freshness and quality. Our menus are designed to be both environmentally responsible and enjoyable, combining seasonal ingredients with a range of flexible options to suit different dietary requirements. We also focus on nutritionally balanced dishes that help keep delegates energised, focused and engaged throughout the day.

With natural daylight, a fully demountable stage and three dressing rooms, Hall 4 at the ICC is one of our most versatile spaces and ideal for all your event needs.

Executive Rooms

Our Executive Rooms can host stand-alone conferences of up to 50 delegates or banquets up to 40. It also works well as VIP or conference offices, or breakout sessions for larger events.
