So, what's the plan?

15:00: Check in available for your complimentary overnight accommodation - Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham

17:00: Meet Catherine and Janine in the hotel lobby to
walk over to the Arena

17:30: Amplify Dining Experience at Utilita Arena Birmingham

20:00: Peter Kay Live at Utilita Arena Birmingham

22:30: Post-gig Gin cocktails 

Note: Hotel check out is at 12 noon the following day


Dress code:  Just wear what you feel comfortable in for a nice evening out - typically 'smart casual.'

Getting to Birmingham by train 

If you’re planning on arriving into the city by rail, your hotel is situated just a short 15 minutes by foot from Birmingham New Street station.

Alternative stations include Moor Street, Snow Hill and Five Ways which are also just a short walk away from both the hotel and nearby Arena.

Getting to Birmingham by car 

We have arranged complimentary parking at the hotel. Upon entry to the car park please take a ticket from the machine and remember to get the ticket validated at hotel reception before departure.

Please note that the hotel’s postcode is B1 2HQ, though
in order to access the car park on Berkley Street, please use the postcode B1 2LF.

 

Clean Air Zone

If you're arriving by car will need to be aware of Birmingham's Clean Air Zone. Your hotel and Utilita Arena Birmingham is located within the Clean Air Zone. Daily charges apply to vehicles entering the zone which do not comply with the zone's criteria. To check if your car is Clean Air Zone compliant, please click here.

Bag policy at the Arena

It's super important that you adhere to the venues policy regarding bags and handbags – please ensure your bag meets the below criteria

  • 1 x bag per person, essentials only.
  • No bigger than A4  (21cm x 30cm x 19cm)
  • Maximum of 2 compartments
