Pre-book your exhibitor parking at the NEC

By booking in advance with your unique Exhibitor promo code, you will continue to enjoy free parking during build, break down and event open days. Book now using the link below and the promo code that has been provided to you. Please note: physical passes are no longer being issued.

The smart way to visit

It only takes a moment to pre-book, and you can do it any time up until midnight the day before your visit – follow the handy How-to Guide below. Unfortunately, if you do not pre-book your parking using the promo code, you will have to pay for parking during the open period of the event. Please note: there is no change to the current build and break down process when using the lorry park to enter the inner area to load or offload.

Booking process

Once you have pre-booked your Exhibitor parking for all event open days, you will automatically enjoy free parking up to 96 hours before the event begins (build) through to a maximum of 48 hours after it ends (break down). However, please be aware that overstays beyond 2:00am each day may incur additional charges, unless overnight parking is selected when making the booking.

HOW-TO GUIDE

Please ensure you use the above URL for Exhibitors as opposed to the Visitor URL

 

 

  1. Select the month and then our event from the dropdown list.
  2. Select all of the open date(s) in sequential order. When you select the first two consecutive days, overnight parking will be offered. Please select Yes or No. Following this step, please select any remaining dates you require as part of your booking.
  3. Please note, if your vehicle will remain onsite beyond 2:00 AM, please ensure that you have selected ‘Overnight Parking’ to avoid overstay charges.
  4. Select our Hall Number.
  5. Click ‘Promo code?’.
  6. Enter your unique promo code that we have provided.
  7. Click ‘Make Your Booking’.
  8. Select your free Exhibitor parking product.
  9. Enter your details and vehicle registration number.
  10. Press ‘Book Now’.

Your booking is now complete. An email confirmation will be sent to you.

If you need to make any changes ahead of the event, simply use the 'Manage my Booking' link in your confirmation email—amendments can be made right up until midnight the day before your arrival. Please note it is not possible to book on the day or amend your booking on the day. Both MUST be  completed in advance of your arrival, the day before. 

Please note that Exhibitor Advantage upgrades are still available. If you wish to book Exhibitor Advantage, please search without using your promo code. For clarity, upgrades do not include build and break parking, therefore you should book following the guidance above as this will cover these periods and book Exhibitor Advantage for the open period as a separate transaction. In addition, upgrades do not include overnight parking.

Promo codes are unique and single use only. Use of promo codes is traceable to individual bookings. Where it is identified that promo codes have been misused, bookings will be cancelled.
