We can't wait to welcome you to our exclusive Agency FAM trip from Wednesday 18th - Thursday 19th February 2026!

So, what's the plan?

Wednesday 18th February 2026

11:00 | The Starting Line
The FAM trip gets underway at The Vox Conference Venue, where you’ll explore our standout spaces and enjoy a 50th birthday brunch celebration.

12:00 | Next Stop
A short walk to Genting Hotel for a look around.

12:30 | On Track
Discover the NEC Piazza Suites and Exhibition Halls, showcasing the scale and flexibility of the campus.

14:15 | Mid‑Route Refuel
Head to ICC Birmingham for a venue tour, followed by street food and a glass of fizz.

16:00 | Pit Stop
Hotel check‑in opens at Hampton by Hilton Birmingham, your complimentary overnight accommodation.

18:00 | Grid Time
Meet Lucy and Kelly in the hotel lobby before heading over to F1® Arcade.

18:30 | Lights Out
Take to the track for an hour of high‑octane fun at F1® Arcade.

20:00 | Victory Dinner
Cross the line with a three‑course dining experience at Asha’s.


Thursday 19th February 2026

10:00 | Victory Lap
A guided walking tour of Birmingham, exploring key sites, stories and hidden details of the city.

 

Note: Hotel check out is at 11am.

Getting to Birmingham by train 

If you’re heading to us by train, you’ll find us located less than a ten-minute walk from Birmingham International train station. Just look for the bp Pulse Live when you arrive as we’re right next door in Resorts World.

Getting to Birmingham by car 

We have arranged complimentary parking at the NEC. Upon entry to the campus, please head to Gate 1 and you will be directed to the car park.
