The NEC is superbly equipped for visitors, with facilities to meet all your needs and to make your visit a comfortable and enjoyable experience. You can find all the facilities listed below on our maps – it’s easy to use.
There are more details in our FAQ section, and on this page we’ve outlined some of the other key areas for our visitors.

There is a NatWest Bank by Hall 4 in the Piazza, open Monday to Friday 09:00-16:30 (Wednesday 09:30-16:30). Telephone number 0845 302 0754.
There are cash points inside and outside the NatWest Bank (no charge).
Cash points (with a charge payable) are also available.

The NEC has over 16,500 car park spaces. Car park charges may apply.

Shuttle buses run from the car parks – see below for details.
Please note: If parking charges apply and you are purchasing your show tickets through The Ticket Factory, you may be able to pre-purchase your car parking ticket in advance at a slightly reduced fee. This is only available on certain shows and at the same time as purchasing your show ticket through The Ticket Factory.
A chaplain is available for consultation and support.
The NEC also has a Multi-Faith Prayer Room available for prayer, reflection or meditation - located on the Piazza (Halls 1-5) next to the chaplaincy office (by Subway). It has a washing facility, prayer mats, holy books and other resources for prayer which have been donated by representatives of local faiths.

There are cloakrooms adjacent to halls when shows are open. Visitors can store bags, coats and luggage for £1 per item per day. Overnight storage is not available. Please note: there are no cloakroom facilities in the Genting Arena.
The main lost property area is in the Security Office on the Piazza between Subway and Hall 1. There is also a smaller security office in the Atrium near Hall 6.
For property lost on the same day during an exhibition, please ask at the nearest Security Office. Once the show is over, all lost property is moved to the Piazza security office - call 0121 767 3883 for enquiries.
The NEC is committed to being accessible to all.
Our mobility service partner Bartrams, operate a mobility equipment hire service for exhibitions at The NEC.
A Changing Places toilet is also available in the Hall 20 Atrium area. It provides more space for up to 2 carers - and extra features to meet additional needs, including height adjustable adult-sized changing benches and a hoist system.

There are pay phones in the Atrium (Halls 6-20) and the Piazza (Halls 1-5). All phones can be used for overseas calls.
Mobile charging units are available at the Piazza and Atrium (suitable for most major mobile models).
There are post boxes in the venue and collections are made daily. Stamps can be purchased from the Visitor & Business Centres, where small packages can also be weighed. Martins Newsagents also sell stamps. See maps for detalis.
The nearest Post Office is located at Birmingham Airport, which can be accessed from the NEC on foot via the free Air-Rail Link.
Run continuously for free around site between the car parks and the halls during exhibitions, normally one hour before and after the exhibition.
Operating times are shown at the bus stops. Our aim is for you to wait no longer than 15 minutes – sorry if there are any delays caused by volume of traffic around the venue during peak times.
If you choose to walk from the car parks, please follow the finger post signage to the halls.
Are usually available outside the Piazza main entrance, Atrium 1 entrance and Atrium 3 entrance when shows are taking place at The NEC.

Adjacent to Hall 9 & Hall 12 entrances within ladies toilets - nappy machine, baby changing area, pull down changing unit, baby seat, bottle warming machine and 1 chair and pull down changing unit within men’s toilet.
Adjacent to Hall 18 & 20 entrances (within the ladies toilets) - nappy machine, baby changing area, pull down changing unit, baby seat, bottle warming machine and 1 chair and pull down changing units within each of the 2 disabled toilets
Visitors to the NEC can connect to free WiFi across the venue, enabling them to stay connected to their homes, offices and social media networks while they’re attending an event, all for free! This can be accessed using a WiFi compatible device, such as mobile phone, laptop or tablet.
If you are unsure about how to connect, or experience any difficulties whilst using this service, then ask the team at the Visitor and Business Centres who will be pleased to help. Please note that the wireless network is not secure and we do not provide any virus scanning or firewall facilities.
