Team NEC - One Team, One Customer, One Great Experience
Over 1800 colleagues help to deliver all the events that happen at the NEC. Some are employed directly by the NEC, others by our chosen service partners. But we’re all one big team – dedicated to ensuring a great NEC experience at every point of contact for the millions of people bought together at the venue, including staff, service partners, event organisers, exhibitors, contractors, visitors and the local community.
Team NEC was created in 2010 to reflect and develop this ‘one team’ philosophy throughout every department of our business, from event management, catering, rigging, IT and cleaning to sales, marketing and finance.
We believe that the people we serve see all staff, our own employees and those of our service partners, as the face of the NEC – and with Team NEC we aim to attain and maintain a consistently high quality of service, provided by individuals and by the team as a whole.
