As a core element of The NEC’s successful operation, our Event Management Team are here to help you with the smooth delivery of your event, and ensure that you enjoy your time with us.  The highly experienced team are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, bringing together The NEC’s wider resources in the planning and delivery of your event.

Once you have decided to bring your event to The NEC, you will be allocated an Event Manager, who will be your main point of contact for all of your operational needs, supporting and guiding you through the planning process from approving the initial floor plans through to the last stand being removed from the halls.

Unlike other venues, The NEC Event Management Team operates a single point of contact for our clients, making sure that we are available 24 hours a day throughout the event.  This creates a strong bond between the venue and the client, while providing you with the assurance and peace of mind that you will only ever need to speak to one person to facilitate any request, or meet any requirement that you might have. Whatever you are looking for, we can help to deliver.

Our Event Managers work within The NEC Venue Operations Team and we can assist you in the procurement of services for all aspects of your event.  We can provide everything you may need to make your event a success including all of the technical information for your Exhibitor Manual.

The Event Management team are all experienced practitioners in face-to-face communication, with broad experience in a range of backgrounds as diverse as hotel management, events organisation at Silverstone, World Superbike Race Team coordinator, and providing entertainment services for the Merchant Navy and P&O cruises.
