We aim to set the benchmark for catering excellence in the live events industry.  We’re passionate about food, service and delivery and the importance they have to you - our exhibitors - and to your visitors. We all love food – which is what makes it the perfect way to attract additional interest in your stand!

All food & beverages on your stand should be purchased from The NEC catering department. To make this as easy as possible, we’ve found two ways to help you engage with your customers with quality, choice and innovation on a formal or informal basis.
 
foodtoyou
The foodtoyou team offer a delivery service of food, beverages and essential catering equipment direct to your stand within a pre-determined time slot. This is a drop off service only provided by foodtoyou for your convenience and allows maximum flexibility to network with visitors to your stand.  For further information, or to place an order, please

Stand hospitality
Planning catering can be a daunting task and that’s where The NEC food team can take the pressure off. If you want:

  • assistance in choosing the right service to suit your requirements (whether that is a finger buffet lunch or a canapé reception)
  • advice and guidance to ensure that the food offering is always fully integrated into the plans, design and atmosphere of your stand (and that storage, holding and waste are considered early in the process to avoid additional costs)
  • up to date information on Food Safety Regulations and Licensing Laws
  • the experience of our specialist teams to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day
  • all necessary equipment to service your requirements inc. crockery, glassware, linen and disposables
