BiP Solutions Ltd., the organiser of the procurement for health event - P4H - has chosen to host its next exhibition at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre (NEC). The second annual event will take place on Wednesday 13 July 2016.
The exhibition, which is targeted at all personnel involved in the delivery of NHS procurement, was launched in 2015 at the NEC’s sister venue, the International Convention Centre (ICC) - both venues are part of the NEC Group. Following a successful event, which attracted higher than expected visitors numbers, organisers decided to move to a bigger venue to support potential growth.
Laura Aitkenhead, Events Development Manager at BiP Solutions, said: “Our inaugural event at the ICC was a resounding success with over 1,100 visitors. We expect to see this figure grow in 2016 are confident that the NEC will be able to both accommodate and support this growth. After a great experience at the ICC, we were more than happy to move over to another venue within the NEC Group’s impressive portfolio of venues.”
Trade events hosted at the NEC, the UK’s number one venue, regularly see year on year growth; in 2013, trade events recorded an average growth of 3.7%
Jenny Wright, Business Development Executive at the NEC, said: “We have 40 years of experience in the events industry so have an extensive knowledge of what is needed to help an event grow. We will use this experience to help BiP Solutions deliver another great edition of P4H.”
