Neil manages a team of 30 full time chefs, who are responsible for looking after all of our in-hall restaurants and private hospitality areas based around the site. This team of chefs also look after high profile events such as The Master Chef Restaurant during Gardeners World Live and The Good Food Show
Catering for large numbers is also part of Neil’s remit, regularly looking after live events for up to 1,200 diners at a time. He spent 2 years planning and managing a team of chefs who successfully delivered a wide variety of catering during the London Olympics.
